Layer palletizers are still an irreplaceable solution in the automation of palletizing processes, especially where the key parameters determining the choice of the system are: efficiency, quick implementation, easy use, reliability and gripping or lifting (due to the possibility of damaging the product).
Palletizers and depalletizers manufactured by our partner, the Swedish company Intersystem are solutions tailored to individual needs and production tasks. We always prepare a project and agree with the client all aspects of transporting his product and palletizing, taking into account the existing machines, production and communication lines, in order to offer optimal – space efficient – turnkey solutions.
Intersystem has completed over 600 installations worldwide, including Poland, which makes our partner a leader in comprehensive solutions in the field of palletization and internal transport of products. Thanks to the modular structure, both the palletizers and the Intersystem peripheral devices make it possible to use them even in very limited spaces while maintaining maximum production efficiency.

Palletizing robots
In the process of palletizing and depalletizing of virtually any collective packaging, we use the main advantages of collaborative and industrial robots, such as load capacity, specificity of collective packaging, range, precision and efficiency. On the basis of a full analysis of the client’s needs and taking into account the specificity of his product and development plans, we deliver ready turnkey robotic stands. Their important feature is flexibility, consisting in the possibility of simple and quick adaptation to a new production profile and cooperation with already operating devices. Thanks to the use of appropriate design solutions and depending on the type of selected robot, we can deliver our stands in a version that allows easy relocation and operation in other sectors of the plant.
Stacja Paletyzacji Robopal YGP
Przemysłowe roboty Yaskawa serii GP zastosowaliśmy w naszych zrobotyzowanych stacjach paletyzacji ze względu na ich główne zalety jak m.in.: udźwig, zasięg, precyzja i wydajność. Projektujemy, wykonujemy i wdrażamy gotowe stacje paletyzacji „pod klucz”, umożliwiające przenoszenie i układanie opakowań zbiorczych, praktycznie o dowolnym ciężarze i zasięgu dopuszczalnym.
Stacje zrealizowane na robotach przemysłowych w przeciwieństwie do tych opartych na cobotach, wymagają zastosowania wygrodzeń, skanerów, detektorów i innych zabezpieczeń niezbędnych do spełnienia rygorystycznych norm bezpieczeństwa. Stacja Paletyzacji Cobopal YHC
W oparciu o roboty współpracujące firmy Yaskawa mod. H10 i H20, oferujemy gotowe stacje paletyzacji typu plug&play.
Coboty serii H, umożliwiają przenoszenie i układanie opakowań zbiorczych o ciężarze do 18 kg, przy bardzo dużym zasięgu wynoszącym 1700 mm oraz z możliwością ułożenia palety do wysokości 1900 m bez potrzeby stosowania elewacyjnej kolumny teleskopowej. Ograniczając prędkość do 6 cykli na minutę, cobot paletyzujący nadal pozwala na swobodną i bezpieczną interakcję między operatorami a urządzeniem.
W zależności od wyboru wersji opartej na platformie automatyki przemysłowej PC i PLC, czy standardowym intuicyjnym interfejsie tabletowym HMI, każde rozwiązanie gwarantuje wysoką niezawodność maszyny, łatwe tworzenie nowych wzorów warstw i palet oraz przyjazną dla użytkownika obsługę.
