Additionally, a wide range of high-quality multi-head weighers can be configured depending on production needs, characteristics of the product to be weighed, its feeding and releasing weighed portions to packaging machines.

Exceptional weighing accuracy allows for reduced portion overweighing, which translates into a quick return on investment compared to slower and less accurate weighing systems.
Flexibility
One of the basic principles on which our automatic multi-head weighers work is based. It is possible thanks to the use of a system of automatization of many programmable settings and operating parameters, which allows for quick changes, for example, of the weight format. In addition, our multi-head weighers can adapt to an extremely wide range of production tasks related to the specificity of both the weighed product and the working environment as well as hygiene requirements.
Fast weighting
Our weighers will meet all production expectations – the offered speed ranges from 30-50 up to 300 weights per minute. For example, one multi-head weigher can deliver a portion to two vertical or horizontal packaging machines at the same time.
Zero maintenance and high reliability over time
Maintenance of our weighers is practically not required, and the installed system for remote multimedia communication allows our service technicians to have constant external access to the machine and to provide immediate support in case of problems.
Hygiene
The multi-head weighers are designed in such a way that they can be washed and rinsed using pressure washers. In addition, the lack of parts and elements limiting the free flow of water, high quality, precise machining of the finishing of sheets and structural elements prevent water and moisture from settling.

Seria C4 to wysokowydajne i precyzyjne naważarki w konfiguracji liniowej i odchylonym od pionu układzie głowic i pojemników podawczych. Są przeznaczone do ważenia i dozowania produktów delikatnych i łamliwych np. kruche herbatniki, paluszki, wyroby czekoladowe i lukrowane. Natomiast seria C5 to wysoko wydajna i precyzyjna seria dedykowana produktom lepkim i trudnym w transporcie np. mięso oraz wyroby mięsne.

Większość naszych naważarek może być wyposażana w tzw. system maksymalizujący główne osiągi w prędkości ważenia z zachowaniem maksymalnej precyzji, jest możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu tzw. pojemników pamięciowych, do których podawane są odważone porcje z głowic ważących. Zsynchronizowany układ głowic i pojemników pamięciowych zwiększa ilość kombinacji wagowych co przekłada się na jeszcze wyższe dokładności ważenia przy bardzo wysokich prędkościach pracy.
