Thermoforming packaging machines

Horizontal automatic packaging machines are characterized by the production of packages from two rolls of foil, which are usually made of different materials and are of different thickness. Depending on the foil used, the packaging can be soft or hard.

Oferujemy wiele modeli przeznaczonych do pakowania próżniowo w osłonie gazowej MAP i opakowania: tradycyjne z zastosowanie folii twardych i elastycznych, tylko elastycznych miękkich, obkurczy czy typu Skin.
Maszyny podstawowe przetwarzają folię elastyczną miękką i twardą do 500 µm. Natomiast głęboko tłoczące wysokowydajne maszyny przetwarzają twardą folię oraz aluminium i inne tworzywa pakujące o grubości do 1 400 µm.
Urządzenia są wykonane w całości ze stali nierdzewnej, a innowacyjny system zmiany formatu bez użycia narzędzi skraca czas do zaledwie 5 minut.
